We are in Germany, but ship worldwide.

We offer FREE SHIPPING to the EU countries.

For other countries you have to pay 15 euros for shipping.

 

Most of our products are made to order and can take until 14 business days. Some items are stored in our warehouse and ready to ship (1 to 3 days).

Note: Orders received on Friday afternoons, weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders may be delayed during holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter. It may take several additional business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

 

Delivery time - 2-5 days after the preparation of the product

 

International Taxes / Customs (outside the EU)

Customs and / or transport charges are often incurred when delivery arrives at the destination. All these fees must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and can not predict the associated costs, as customs policies and import duties vary considerably from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend that you contact your local customs office before ordering for more information. You can also email us and we will do our best to help you!

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

Items can be returned or exchanged within 28 business days of delivery. Make sure that the products are complete and in perfect condition - unworn, unused, unwashed - with all labels and original packaging. After receiving the goods, we will send you a confirmation to the specified e-mail address.

Refunds are made at full retail price (excluding shipping and additional taxes). The money will be paid in the original form of payment. It may take 4-5 business days for the return to be processed. Every exchange is treated individually. Our customer service team will contact you to discuss more details.

NOTE: Shipping costs for the return must be covered by the customer.

Before you send the product back, please write to us info@grome.eu to inform us about the return and give its reason.

We recommend that you receive a shipment number from the courier. Items lost during transport will not be refunded. We reserve the right to reduce the refund in order to compensate for any damage incurred during the return process.

PRODUCT WITH DEFECT

If you received a product with a manufacturer's defect, for example, wrong size, color, etc. - entitle you to a full refund, including all shipping and handling costs. Contact our customer service within 28 working days after delivery, we are happy to help! For your convenience, we can also arrange a courier to pick up a package for free at your home.

NOTE: Discoloration and shrinkage are not usually considered a manufacturer defect.
