We are headquartered in Germany but ship worldwide.

For orders over €70 this shipping to EU countries is frees.

For shipping to other countries we charge a shipping fee of 15 euros.

 

Usually we ship the purchased product 1-2 workdays from the date of order.

Note: Orders received on Friday afternoons, weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. Orders may be delayed during holiday periods, Christmas and Easter.

During the holiday months (July and August) the delivery time may be extended to 14 days.

 

International taxes/customs (outside the EU)

Customs and/or transportation fees are often incurred when the shipment arrives at its destination. All such fees must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict the associated costs as customs policies and import duties vary significantly from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to ordering. You can also email us and we will do our best to help you!

 

Returns and Exchanges

Items can ship within 14 business days be returned or exchanged after delivery. Make sure the products are complete and in perfect condition - unworn, unused, unwashed - with all labels and in the original packaging. After receiving the goods, we will send you a confirmation to the email address you provided.

Refunds will be made for the purchase price in the original form of payment. Any shipping costs and additional taxes incurred will not be refunded. Processing can take 4-5 business days as each exchange is treated individually. Our customer service team will contact you to discuss further details.

Return shipping is free for customers from EU countries. Customers from outside the European Union are obliged to pay for the return shipment.

Before returning any product, be sure to fill out the form below.

Return shipping is free for customers from Germany. We will email you a label to print and stick on the return package. This package should be handed over to the courier or carrier.

International customers are required to cover return shipping costs.

Items lost in transit will not be refunded. We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly if damage occurs during the return or the return process for which we are responsible.

Claim

If you have received a product with a manufacturer defect - e.g. B. Wrong size, wrong colour, defective or open seams etc. - you are entitled to a full refund, including all postage and handling costs. Please contact our customer service within 28 working days after delivery. We're here to help! In this case, we can also organize a courier who will collect the package with the goods from your home free of charge.

NOTE: Discoloration and shrinkage typical of the material are not normally considered a manufacturer defect.
